Cisco was facing significant issues with the Salesforce native replication tool they were using for essential reporting including the API being discontinued, and it’s inability to handle tables with millions of rows, which resulted in timeouts during data loads. As such, Cisco’s teams were struggling with multiple sandboxes with monthly refreshes.

Data Replication
