Integration: QuickBooks

Sesame Software announced today a new integration between Salesforce.com and QuickBooks. This solution is available for QuickBooks Professional, Premier, and Online Editions. Salesforce.com Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate editions are supported.

The integration includes the following standard functionality:

  • Creation and maintenance of Items in QuickBooks, with changes synchronized to Salesforce.com Products
  • Creation of Customers in QuickBooks based on an Account's having its first opportunity reach a configurable stage
  • Updating of selected information in Salesforce Accounts when changes are made in QuickBooks
  • Creation of financial transactions in QuickBooks when Opportunities reach a configurable stage. The integration supports creation of Sales Orders or Invoices, depending on which QuickBooks version is used.
  • This solution is highly configurable and can be customized.
